International Cross-Pollination

A German, a Chinese, and an American walk into a bar…At our agency this is no joke!  We are global citizens who really enjoy working with each other, enough that we spend as much time together in the office as out of it.  Combine that with some jetlag and good food and we recognize that many of our best ideas have been outlined on coasters.  Or as they call them in Germany: “Bierdeckel.”

A journey is not a trip

We don't always take the easy way. We challenge hypes, we challenge ourselves, and we challenge our clients to re-think digital communication. Creative thinking sessions make us think outside the digital box to find new, innovative, and sometimes surprising communication solutions.

Collaboration includes everyone

We regularly share unfinished work. Internally, but also with our clients in regular checkpoint meetings. Doing so helps us to make sure we are headed in the same direction towards the same destination: our clients' customers. This requires time and energy, but it pays off in the end. Costly mistakes and misunderstandings can be prevented.

Our thoughts roam free

We allow ourselves the freedom to think beyond current projects.  That is when we ponder the future of communication in general.  The results are research projects, masters’ thesis, and a multitude of great ideas.
